Join the Couch to 5k program, led by Sue Cordrey, the President of Paphos Running Club. This program is designed to help participants, including those who’ve never run before or returning runners, run 5k without stopping by the end of the course. During the 10 weeks, the routes will take you around the beautiful Paphos area, and you’ll have companions throughout your journey. No one is ever left alone.

To find the routes, you can easily follow the schedules on the Facebook group pages of both Paphos Running Club and Sole Sisters. Additionally, at the end of each session, you’ll be informed about the location of the next one. This not only prevents the repetition of routes but also provides new participants with an opportunity to meet club members.
